本文报道了由自组装的银纳米簇和pH敏感的电荷反转配体组成的生物膜响应性纳米抗生素(rAgNAs),其在生物膜微环境中可以选择性地增强其杀菌活性。在中性生理条件下,rAgNAs的杀菌活性是自抑制的,因为有毒的银离子的释放被大大抑制了。然而,进入酸性生物膜微环境后,rAgNAs不仅显示出电荷逆转以促进局部积累和保留,而且还分解成小的银纳米簇,从而实现了深度渗透和加速的银离子释放,大大增强了杀菌活性(图

Our laboratory is working on the development of smart biomaterials and nanomedicine strategies to assist the diagnosis and treatment of challenging diseases such as cancer and neurodegenerative diseases. We are focusing on the dynamic assembly/disassembly of functional nanoparticles, stimuli-responsive nanomedicines, designed synthesis and surface engineering of functional nanomaterials for biomedical applications.
