团队通过在材料和干细胞两个领域的交叉合作研究,成功构建了一种仿磁小体结构的氧化铁纳米链用于对人胎盘来源的间充质干细胞(Mesenchymal stem cells, MSCs)的高效改良,这种改良后MSCs在缺血性脑卒中小鼠模型上取得了明显优于天然干细胞的疗效。

团队开发了一种肿瘤微环境响应型的超小氧化铁纳米粒子组装体,在肿瘤微酸的环境条件下,组装体可以响应性解组装,使得磁共振T1加权成像的信号增强,从而实现小尺寸原位肝癌的精准诊断。

Our laboratory is working on the development of smart biomaterials and nanomedicine strategies to assist the diagnosis and treatment of challenging diseases such as cancer and neurodegenerative diseases. We are focusing on the dynamic assembly/disassembly of functional nanoparticles, stimuli-responsive nanomedicines, designed synthesis and surface engineering of functional nanomaterials for biomedical applications.
